Olds College Botanic App

Olds College Botanic Gardens and Treatment Wetlands is found on the campus of Olds College, in Olds, Alberta. The gardens are designed to provide a valuable resource for education, research, and recreation.

In keeping with the criteria of a botanic garden records are kept on the plant collection, and the Botanic Gardens works with Histree to make this information available to staff, students, and the general public.

This app lets the visitor get more out of their experience in the garden by giving access to additional information. With the Olds College Botanic Garden App, any plant in the collection that has a Histree QR Code tag can be scanned to access a PDF that provides more information about that plant.
