- Ensure the hotel has your phone number on file at time of check-in.
- Receive a text message with a link to download the OpenKey app.
- Input your mobile number and verification code to confirm your device and your key will download to your phone!
For any assistance, including syncing issues, not receiving a key, or problems with opening a lock, please reach out to our support team at support@openkey.io.
