Collection Widgets
Users can add Core Share widgets to their iOS Home Screen to have Collections at their fingertips. The Collection widget allows users to quickly navigate to a Collection of their interest without having to first open the app. To add a Collection to your Home Screen, 1) Go to the Home Screen page where you want to add the widget, then touch and hold the background until the apps begin to jiggle, 2) Tap the Add Widget button at the top of the screen to open the widget gallery, and 3) Scroll or search for Core Share and select it, then tap Done.

Mark Collections for Offline
Similar to marking folders for offline, users can now mark entire Collections for offline. To do this, you can tap on the (o o o) button next to a Collection name, and select “Mark for Offline”.

Offline Folders
Users of the Core Share iOS app can now select entire folders for offline access when they are disconnected from the Internet.
Users must first enable this feature by navigating to the Settings page in the Core Share App > select Enable Offline Folders. To synchronize folders with the latest version in Core Share, users will need to tap the “sync button” in the top menu bar of the Offline Folders page before disconnecting from the Internet.
Collections
With this release comes the concept of “Collections.” Core Share Collections offer a way to group files and folders without copying them or changing the content hierarchy. They enable users to quickly and easily organize their content in ways that make sense for their collaborative projects. Collections can be created and shared through the web, and viewed on mobile.
NOTE: While all Core Share users can view Collections (based on permissions level), only Enterprise Tier users can create and share Collections.
Annotations
Powered by the OpenText Brava! Viewer, the Core Share iOS app now lets users make private annotations on PDF documents. To do so, users will need to open a PDF document on their device, tap the more menu (“ooo”) at the bottom of the page, and then select “Annotate”. Once annotations are made, users will tap “Save,” and the annotation files will be saved in the “My Annotations” folder in the users Core Share Files List.
