About Ocasta Engage
Do you want to easily stay up to date, be recognised for your hard work and fit learning into your daily routine? Ocasta Engage is the employee training, knowledge and comms app which helps you gain the confidence to support your customers.
With Engage you get:
• Knowledgebase - A central place for your staff to find everything they need to know, like Google for your business. They can quickly search and find everything from the latest company news, product information, procedures, how-tos and videos; right at their fingertips.
• Microlearning - breaks learning down into quick 1-5 minute learning courses proven to help with knowledge retention and ensure that learning happens. It reuses content from your knowledgebase by adding questions and tasks to your articles, so you don’t end up with different information across multiple systems.
• Internal comms - with Ocasta Engage communications are never missed; live news, notifications, automatic summaries and updates are sent directly to individual mobile devices no matter where they are.
• Kudos - encourages feedback and recognition aligned with your company values, goals and mission for employees to understand their impact on your business and customer service.
• Workforce analytics - find out what’s popular, who has read what, how engaging your content is, and what content to focus on. Find knowledge gaps from microlearning courses and tailor your training to fit your staff. Use our interactive analytics, charts and insights to understand your workforce and create the content your staff need.
• Integrations - centralise your workplace with links and integrations to all your existing apps, tools and services.

There are now four main areas of Engage: Home, You, Search, and Learn. We haven’t removed any features you currently love but they might have been reorganised into a different section, for an overall improved employee experience.

• You - One area for all your activity so you can focus on what requires your attention.
