This includes retrieving activities, managing routes, viewing activity details, providing activity updates, managing inventory, communicating with peers, etc. The app works when the mobile worker does not have internet connectivity and automatically synchronizes any actions taken while offline when connectivity is established.
When used with Oracle Field Service Smart Location, functionality is extended to continually gather a mobile workers coordinates when the app is running in the background.
Note: Oracle Field Service Mobile requires an active Oracle Field Service subscription and features will vary based on the subscription services.

Support of ‘Allow Cross-Website Tracking’ - As per the latest changes in cookie support since iOS 14, third-party cookies that conduct cross-site tracking will need this setting to be enabled. This is required to access external custom plugins from the Oracle Field Service app. To enable this setting, check “Allow Cross-Website Tracking” under Settings -> Field Service settings.
