Improvements:
• Meal preparation: Now when you add a menu item to your shopping cart, it's easy to customize how you want the item prepared (e.g. optional sides, proteins, etc.), or if you don't have a strong preference, you can simply go with the default setting of 'restaurant recommended.'

• Fixed some issues with persisting saved locations in the app, so that you can easily search for restaurants by selecting a saved location with one tap
• Other minor bug fixes
