About Wrak-ma Bowkan Naju-a

This story was written by Lynnette Solomon-Dent for her grandchildren, Phoebe & Georgia.

The Gunnai/Kurnai peoples are the Traditional Owners of the Gippsland area in east Victoria, Australia.

Narrated by: Georgia Rose Dent & Phoebe Woolberi Ngarawert Dent

Story, translation and illustrations by: Lynnette Solomon-Dent

With guidance from Lynnette Solomon-Dent, Georgia and Phoebe’s telling of this story in language will help to revitalize the Gunnai/Kurnai language of Gippsland.
