About Ovy Period Ovulation Pregnancy
Calculate your day of ovulation, your fertile phase and your next period. Here, choose between the modes “Prevent a pregnancy” in accordance with the rules of NFP , “Cycle tracking” or “Get pregnant”. Using your body signals, such as your waking temperature, the Ovy App helps you to track your fertile and non-fertile days during your menstrual cycle. You can transfer your basal body temperature automatically using the convenient Ovy Bluetooth basal thermometer. The Ovy App is a medical device compliant with CE standards and “made in Germany”. The Ovy App synchronizes with Apple Health.
How the Ovy App works
+ Register and create your profile so that the Ovy App becomes familiar with your cycle.

From now you can write and save individual notes for each day of your cycle. Tap the plus button on your home screen, scroll down to "Notes" in order to add any information important to you.

You can now add individual period lengths in your cycle regardless of what you added in your profile. To make your cycle prediction more accurate please add your bleeding data for every day of your period manually. Tap the plus button on your home screen, go to period and add heavy, medium, or light bleeding for that specific day. If you forget to track your period, you can add it later on. Be aware to differ between irregular spottings within your cycle and your monthly recurring period.

You can now add individual period lengths in your cycle regardless of what you added in your profile. To make your cycle prediction more accurate please add your bleeding data for every day of your period manually. Tap the plus button on your home screen, go to period and add heavy, medium, or light bleeding for that specific day. If you forget to track your period, you can add it later on. Be aware to differ between irregular spottings within your cycle and your monthly recurring period.

From now you can export your cycle data. Go to "Profile" and click "Cycle report" in order to export your past cycles as a PDF and take them to your next doctor's appointment.

*Troubles with registration*
Registration in all EU countries is now possible without any problems.
*Temperature or body signal reminder*
To solve issues with your reminder, please go to your "Profile" in your Ovy app. Select "Reminder" and deactivate and activate your reminder. Please close your app and open it again. The function may now work again.
*Health Coach in English*
Go to "Profile" and click "Health coach" to get insight on how to train and eat during the four phases of your menstrual cycle.
