Parcel - Delivery Tracking Description
If you are looking for an app to track deliveries on iPhone, iPad, Mac or Apple Watch - Parcel is the best choice for you.

With this application you can promptly access tracking information for 300 delivery services, including UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL, TNT, LaserShip, Aramex, OnTrac, China Post, Amazon Logistics and many other carriers. Full list of supported carriers is available at: https://parcel.app

With our unique carrier recognition function, adding a new delivery is just a matter of seconds. Sometimes you won't even need to enter a tracking number, you can use a barcode scanner which is available right in the app.

Amazon integration in Parcel allows you to get your packages added automatically from your Amazon account. Once an order is shipped, it will appear in Parcel. This is done in a secure and privacy-friendly way with your credentials never leaving the device.

You can also locate your delivery on the map or manage your deliveries using Web Access (web.parcelapp.net) - easy and simple. Parcel has a native macOS app available for free in the Mac App Store.

Parcel utilizes the power of iOS to provide you the best possible user experience. You can use its widgets to see your upcoming deliveries and the share extension to add a new delivery directly from any other app.

Push notifications provided by Parcel are more convenient than from any other app. They are being sent only from 8am to 10 pm according to your timezone, so you will not be bothered at night (however, you can disable this option in the settings).

Some features, such as push notifications and tracking more than 3 deliveries are limited to premium subscribers. Current price for the premium subscription is $4.99 per year, and may vary from country to country. Parcel's privacy policy, as well as subscription terms are available at https://parcel.app/privacy-with-terms.html.

Slightly tweaked the logic behind the appearance of the filter button.
7.7.2 2023-11-04
Adding a new complication on Apple Watch is now a lot easier. You no longer need to assign a specific delivery to a complication, you can have your latest updated delivery displayed there automatically.
7.7.1 2023-10-10
It is Halloween time! We hope you like our new Halloween-themed app icon. You can enable it in the app settings.
7.7 2023-09-17
Carrier Color Coding

I am pleased to introduce one of the most highly-requested features - color-coding of deliveries based on a carrier.

You can enable this feature in the app settings and after that, every delivery will have its own color for the day counter and status icon. The color is based on a carrier.

Redesigned Apple Watch app for watchOS 10

Apps in watchOS 10 make considerate use of background content to convey additional information. Parcel is following this approach by providing different backgrounds for deliveries based on a carrier. This helps users to navigate and quickly identify deliveries.

When you select a delivery in the new watchOS app, you will the latest status of your delivery. Using the Digital Crown you can go switch to the next page and see its full history with all events listed in one place.

Parcel widgets in smart stack on Apple Watch also have different backgrounds.
7.6.9 2023-05-04
Improved Siri support on Apple Watch. You can ask Siri "Track package [delivery name]" to track a package. To use that on Apple Watch, you will need to have the app watch installed and refreshed with latest data (meaning that it has to be refreshing periodically in background as well).
7.6.7 2023-02-21
Small bug fixes and improvements
7.6.2 2022-10-13
Fixed bug when a delivery title was staying on screen after swiping back on iPhone 14.
7.6 2022-10-04
Introducing Siri support in Parcel (iOS 16 only)

Now you can quickly check the status of an active package in Parcel using Siri. Here are some example phrases for a package called “MacBook”:
“Track Parcel MacBook”
“Where is my MacBook parcel?”
“When does my MacBook parcel arrive?”
“What is the status of MacBook in Parcel”

Parcel supports Siri with the following languages: English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Russian, Portuguese. You can see Siri phrases for all languages here:
https://parcel.app/help/siri.html

Please note that to track a package with Siri, you have to say a complete package name in your Siri command. Basically it has to be a short name to be convenient, e.g. “Shoes”. This is a limitation of Siri in iOS 16.
7.5.1 2022-09-16
Lock Screen Widgets (iOS 16 only)
Parcel supports all three types of lock screen widgets and you can assign a specific delivery to a widget (just like you can do with a regular widget).

New Apple Watch Complications (watchOS 9 only)
Complications on Apple Watch are now the same as lock screen widgets in the iOS app. You can assign a specific delivery to a complication too, it could be a day counter or a delivery status.

Changes to Automatic Pasting (iOS 16 only)
Due to privacy-related changes in iOS 16, it is no longer possible for Parcel to check your clipboard when adding a new delivery. To paste what is currently in your clipboard, please click on a separate paste button located next to the camera button (on iPhone) or on the keyboard (iPad).

7.4.3 2022-05-29
Fixed bug when sometimes it was not possible to share a tracking link with Parcel
7.4.2 2022-05-15
Sometimes when you copy a tracking number from a website or an email you end up not just with a tracking number, but with something like "USPS: 1234567890". This update should remove unnecessary text in cases like that.
7.4.1 2022-05-03
Calendar Integration

Now you can enable calendar integration in the app settings. Deliveries with expected delivery date will be added to your system calendar.

Please note that 3rd party calendar apps are not supported, the app will create its own local calendar in the Apple Calendar app.

• the arrow buttons in the map view are now disabled when there is no next pin to select
7.3 2022-01-13
This update brings new map pins to the map view in the app and to the map widget. New pins have a fresh look and indicate what kind of an event took place on the map.

I hope that you will like them!

Please note that only new deliveries will get additional map pin icons (for the events like “out for delivery” and “awaiting collection”). Old deliveries that you had before installing this update will mostly show only truck icons (indicating that an item is in transit).
7.2.2 2021-11-18
This update improves Amazon integration in the app.
7.1.1 2021-09-30
Improvements related to Amazon integration. Our previous update had a number of new features for iOS 15:

Live Text Support for Scanning Tracking Numbers (iOS 15 required)
Now you can use the Live Text feature in iOS 15 to quickly scan a tracking number using a camera from a package label or a screen. This is useful when you don’t have a barcode to scan and you don’t want to type a number yourself. To use this feature, tap on the camera icon when adding a delivery. Please note that you need a device with the A12 chip or later to use that feature.

Support for Time-Sensitive Notifications (iOS 15 required)
Time-sensitive notifications can optionally break through even when there is a focus mode enabled in iOS 15. Parcel sends time-sensitive notifications when a package is out for delivery, available for collection, or has a delivery exception. It also sends a time-sensitive notification when a package is delivered, unless there is a clear indication in the final delivery status that it was delivered with a signature or into the mailbox.

Added Support for Quick Notes (iPadOS 15 required)
Now you can quickly create a new quick note on your iPad when checking your delivery status. Once you start creating a new quick note, you will be able to attach a link to your current delivery.

Extra Large Map Widget on iPad (iPadOS 15 required)
Added a map widget in the new extra-large size on iPad.

Improved Keyboard Shortcuts on iPad (iPadOS 15 required)
Keyboard shortcuts related to the delivery filter settings are now grouped into a separate menu when previewing shortcuts (hold Command button to do that in iPadOS).

• the app downloads detailed tracking history for your active Amazon Logistics deliveries
• the app is now able to correctly rename packages within a single Amazon order
• added support for Amazon.ae

New in version 6.7:
Color Themes for Widgets
Now you can pick a custom background color theme for a widget. This is useful when you want to make a widget match your wallpaper.

Additional Settings for Widgets
This was one of the most popular feature requests. By default, if you tap on a widget, it will open the app with the selected delivery. Now you can configure the widget to just open the app without any further actions. To change widget settings, tap and hold on it and select "Edit Widget".

New Apple Watch App
The watch app was recreated using the latest technologies in watchOS 7 (SwiftUI). While it looks like the old app, it works much faster and now you can delete deliveries by using the "swipe to delete" gesture.

Delivery Descriptions for Amazon Packages Added Using Parcel Email

If you are using our Parcel Email service to get Amazon deliveries added automatically to the app, you have probably noticed that they no longer have proper descriptions like they used to.

This is because Amazon no longer provides order descriptions in its emails.

With this update, if you select a delivery from Amazon that was added using Parcel Email (with an order number in its name), you will see the option to sign in to Amazon. If you sign in, all future deliveries like that will be renamed automatically on your device.

Please note that your credentials are not saved in the app and are not sent anywhere else. It is a safe feature from a security point of view.

If you have not previously used Parcel Email, here is more information about it:

New Barcode Scanner Powered by Machine Learning (iOS 13)
Thanks to the latest advancements in machine learning available in iOS 13, Parcel now offers a new barcode scanner that does more than just getting a tracking number from a barcode. It also tries to recognize a carrier based on a package label that you scan.

Support for “Sign in with Apple” (iOS 13)
Sign in with Apple is a great way to create new accounts in 3rd party apps while keeping your personal information private. Not only you can create new accounts in Parcel using “Sign in with Apple”, you can also convert your existing Parcel account if you want to. Parcel does not ask for name, email or password when using “Sign in with Apple”.

Siri Shortcuts
Parcel now has a new Siri shortcut that allows you to see the latest information about your active deliveries. It is very simple to use and you can set it up in the app settings.

Dark Mode (iOS 13)
Not much to say, Parcel supports dark mode in iOS 13 and it looks great.

Support for Contextual Actions (iOS 13)
Now you can tap and hold on a delivery to perform actions on it. You can either track on website, find on map or mark as completed right from the deliveries list. This allows you to save time because normally to access those actions you would need to open a delivery first and then tap on the actions button.

Improvements:
• when you search for a delivery in Spotlight, you can tap and hold on it to see its full history
• delivery status icons in the main list are adjusted in size according to your system font size (iOS 13)
• when there is a suggestion from the app to change delivery carrier, you will see a new icon for that
