Fantastic new features and improvements!

- Support for scheduled messages
- Support multiple newsletters and documents (new!)
- Now everyone should be able to use the buttons on the About screen
- Better date display - now showing the day of the week too
- Reshuffled the side menu a bit, now it makes more sense when logged in
- New reset password feature for those who need it. We all forget passwords sometimes.
- Improved sign in and sign up descriptions.
- Better network related error messages.
- Improved date / time pickers, confirmation dialogs and progress indicators
- Enable emails setting in Settings
