How to create own application?
"PART TIME 24h" was created as a solution for the countless people searching for jobs but specifically temporary jobs that we have coined as Time Jobs. What exactly is a Time Job? A Time Job is a Job that has a determined end date ranging from several hours in a single day to months. In order to provide a one-stop shop App for Time Jobs we wanted to make it easy for potential employees and employers to find and connect with the people they wish to work with and work for. Thus we created a Social Connection Job Service that makes it possible for both employers and employees to create job posts, set preferred conditions, and easily search for those meeting their desired conditions. On top of being able to find those fulfilling their desired conditions both employers and employees can easily communicate with each other at a preferred time meeting both parties needs through information displayed on each others profiles. Both parties are also able to rate one another through a rating system and employers are able to see the potential employee’s job history on the App. We strive to create an environment for employers and employees seeking Time Jobs so that they may find one another in the most simple, efficient, and convenient way.
