About Pasticceria Internazionale
FOR PASTRY, GELATO, CUISINE AND MUCH MORE PASTICCERIA INTERNAZIONALE is the technical professional magazine in Italian language, for master bakers, pastry chefs, confectioners, gelato, chocolate producers and chefs.
Nine issues are published each year, running over 200 pages each, in big size, with many pictures. Technical and practical articles on raw materials and processing in pastry, confectionery, chocolate making, culinary art, and news concerning gelato making are included. Recipes, interviews, photographic reports of trade fairs, competitions, marketing, hygiene, window dressing and packaging ideas are presented.
