Every day I was losing an average of 6-8 hours on my phone. Some for useful things, but most in distractions and toxic habits that no longer allowed me to think, study, or feel real emotions.

That's why I created Pausee: the solution that combines software (app) and hardware (Pausee card) to temporarily block the apps that distract you and their notifications, leaving only the ones you choose.
