Restaurants that partner with Pekkish Delivery Services, Ltd will be have complete control over their presence on the food delivery app. From the moment you receive an order, to when it arrives in the hands of the customer, you will be able to monitor the entire process. The three main functions of the Pekkish Portal are:
Accepting Orders: Orders placed by customers are sent directly to your account on the Pekkish Portal. It will detail the customer’s order and provide you with an opportunity to review it before accepting or denying the order.
Communication: In addition to receiving notifications about orders, the app is also used to communicate with the Pekkish Delivery Representatives. Once the order has been accepted, a simple tap of a button will send out a notification to the team of Delivery Representatives. Once the order is ready, another tap and we will make our way inside to collect it.
Order Auditing and Reconciliation: Restaurants have access to all past orders, including revenues earned, order details, and delivery location. Using this information, restaurants can verify earned revenue received with what the actual orders delivered. This information can also be used to determine most popular items.
