Ninja mode is more advanced and includes front facing flash.
Frequently used contacts appear at the top of the list for faster access.

Lots of miscellaneous bug fixes so Pepper is even faster.

Sharing direct from photo gallery - on iOS 8 - pretty cool.

Let's see. Speeded up a lot of stuff. Removed some bugs.
