# What's JSBox Pro

We introduced JavaScript ability in Pin 3.0, you can manage text with scripts. That's cool but we're facing review issues recently, that's why we delayed updates for iPhone X. We have tried many solutions, finally we decided to split some features into a new app JSBox. You can still execute JavaScript, as we call it JSBox Lite.

# JSBox Pro is different

There're many features only JSBox provides, including but not limited to:

- Better code editor, provides multiple themes
- VSCode extension to improve editing experience
- Better native interfaces
- Better architecture to create addins

In short, Pin will focus on clipboard in the future, we will keep JavaScript ability, and JSBox will focus on code editing.

We are going to update our app soon, in the upcoming version, we basically focus on iPhone X improvements.

3.0 is the biggest update since Pin was born. In this version we have created an addin system, so that we could install/uninstall addins with a few taps

We call it: xTeko (lab), this actually brought unlimited possibilities for Pin, a few examples:

- Check the exchange rate on notification center
- Preview files on WeChat (even for formats that WeChat doesn't support)
