Ability to display searches with open parameters

Ability to e-mail shortcuts: Users can e-mail a shortcut to a record from Pivotal CRM for iPad. Users can also send a link to iPad users to default the Device Server URL.

Grid display option for dashboard queries: Customizers can choose to display a dashboard query as a grid. All the fields from the search result list will be displayed.

Login screen remembers recently accessed systems

New options and features in the Settings menu: Dates are now formatted based on the iPad’s Region Format as well as a date abbreviation formatting option found under Settings, Preferences in the Pivotal CRM App. The Offline Cache information found under Settings, Preferences in the Pivotal CRM App now includes information on the number of records cached. The iPad device log is now available from the Settings, Log menu in the Pivotal CRM App.

Options in Pivotal Toolkit for designing Pivotal CRM for iPad forms: The tokens used to design iPad forms in previous versions have been replaced by options in the Field Properties dialog box and the Segment Properties dialog box in Pivotal Toolkit.

Ability to display tasks in the iPad Action menu: Customizers can now display tasks that use the Record command on the iPad Action menu. For example, from a Company record, customizers can add the ability to create a New Opportunity.

Support for Search Result List Segments: Customizers can now display Search Results List segments on the iPad to view information such as lists of activities.

Support of multiple forms per table: Customizers can now define different forms to open for a specific table by specifying the form name in the secondary segment definition or the search results list definition. Customizers can also define a form descriptor which allows for a form-specific header to be displayed, overriding the record descriptor.
