This is a big release. Ready?

Features:

- The Cook, Plan, and Shop tabs now remember what pages you opened on them, even if you navigate away from the tab. This should make it easier to multitask. For example, you could start cooking your planned recipes in the planner, check your shopping list, and come back to the planner without losing your place. Please note that forms do not stay open if you switch tabs at this time, so be sure to save your work first!
- We updated the action sheet that appears when you tap "Add Recipe." Hopefully the options make a bit more sense now!
- We updated the header for the recipe settings page.
- If you plan a frozen recipe and select it in your planner, the "View Recipe" option in the action sheet will tell you how many servings the recipe was expected to yield.

Bug fixes:

- We fixed a bug with printing recipes. When you print from the app, you will now be redirected to your device's browser and signed in properly.
- When importing a recipe using the Recipe Clipper, the keyboard will now only appear when it's needed.

- We fixed a few bugs preventing unsaved change warnings from appearing. The app should warn you if you have modified a form and try to leave the page without saving your changes.

In this version we added the ability to restore your shopping list. It can be helpful to restore your shopping list and create a clean slate before checking off items you already have at home and then going shopping.

You can access this feature on the Shopping List Settings page by tapping the ••• icon at the top right of your shopping list. Restoring your shopping list will restore all shopping list items associated with your planned recipes and ingredients for the selected date range on your list. This may include restoring removed items and undoing any edits. You can optionally remove all manually added items as well.

2.1.0 2019-06-03
This version includes a few helpful additions to the shopping list.

- If you are showing purchased items on your list, you can now consolidate them at the bottom of each store. Enable this feature in the List Settings by tapping the ••• option at the top right of your shopping list.
- We added the total purchased items to the top right of each store. Tap the purchased total to jump to (or clear) your consolidated purchased items.
- We added the number of remaining items for each grocery category.
- We added haptic feedback when checking off grocery items. We think this makes grocery shopping at least 10% more satisfying!
- We fixed a few bugs and did a few important under-the-hood updates as well.

Features planned for the next version include the freezer and bulk ingredients editing. Stay tuned!

1.8.16 2018-10-13
- This version fixes a bug, introduced in version 1.8.15, that was crashing the app when trying to reschedule or duplicate planned ingredients and notes.

Previous updates in version 1.8.15:

- We moved some navigation options in the hamburger menu to sub-menus in the header on the recipe book and shopping list. So for example, if you want to view your recipes, queue or friends, tap the recipe button at the bottom of the screen and then tap the "My Recipes" header to open the sub-menu. This may take a little time to get used to, but it will allow us to add more pages in the future and declutter the hamburger menu. As always, let us know what you think at help@plantoeat.com.
- We are now displaying the planned date and section when viewing recipes on the planner.
- Cooking multiple recipes on your planner just got easier. If you multiple recipes planned for one meal time like Lunch, when you select the cooking view from the planner, you can now easily navigate between each recipe using the "Next" button.
- Fixed a few bugs.

- The Queue: Add recipes to your Queue to easily meal plan them in the near future.
- When scrolling down your shopping list, we now hide the date range header and the bottom “Add New Item” button so you can see more of your list. Love it? hate it? Let us know at help@plantoeat.com.
- We added our monthly challenges to your friends page.
- When searching for friends, we’ll remember your search so you can easily toggle between viewing each friend and your friend list.
- Fixed a few bugs.
1.8.4 2018-09-18
We have some great new updates in this version:

- Friends: You can now view and save all public (non-private) recipes from your friends and our monthly challenges! To try it out, tap the "hamburger" menu located at the top left of the screen and then tap the Friends menu option.
- Look for the new "Recently Added" category at the top of your Recipe Book that includes recipes added in the last hour.
- Checked and unchecked shopping list items are more visually differentiated, so it's easier to scan them in the store.
- The store headings on your shopping list now stick to the top of the page and only include the unchecked items count instead of all of the items. Now when you check off items, it will decrement the number as you shop. It's really quite satisfying.

Upcoming features:
- The Queue: View and plan your meals in one convenient place.
- Friends: Invite and accept new friend invitations in the app.
- Minimize the shopping list header and footer when scrolling so you can see more items at one time.
