PMC app is MTBC‘s custom practice monitoring app.

This simple yet powerful smart device application enables the stakeholders to check the performance of their practice from anywhere anytime.

The dashboard of the app is categorized into four different sections that include; Financials, KPIs, to do list, and first pass rate.

The financial section gives you an overview of the financial performance, and you can easily review the Target charges and Payments, while it keeps track of month to date performance and gives the comparison of results & targets in percentage. Financial section helps you to quickly access how the practice is performing to achieve the set goals.

The KPIs section gives you an overview of claim Rejections and denials. You can quickly check the last week’s performance and can see variance for the past three months. Pikeville medical center application shows the results with arrow up & down so you can quickly analyze the performance.

To do list section shows the exact number of pending DCIs. It also compares the current data with the previous one to calculate the performance. You can click on it to see pending DCIs shares, and it draws a graph according to the performance.

First pass rate section displays the first pass rate of claims, and it gives an easy comparison of current vs. last month and shows the result in percentage. You can click on this section to see the graphical representation of previous three months performance. Show More
