The Powered Now Subscription comes in four flavours Starter, Business, Professional and Premium. All plans are auto renewing monthly subscriptions.

Additional users can be purchased for both Professional and Premium plans. Extra users are valid for 12 months of purchase. These are non renewing.

• Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase

• Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period

• Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal

• Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase

The team at Powered Now has been hard at work since our last update, and I have some exciting news to share with you. This is a slightly long "whats new", but full of product updates.

We've added 10 new certificates, including industry-first renewable certs; images in projects have had a significant update, and we've added a new Engineer / Diary mode you will find helpful as well as over 300 other changes.

We are really delighted to announce we have included four new Green Certificates to Powered Now, including:

- Heat Pump Commissioning Certificate
- Vented Cylinder Commissioning Certificate
- Air Source Heat Pump Servicing Record
- Solar Thermal Commissioning Checklist

Powered Now is the first to bring all four into one app. These new certificates bring our total to 71; we have nearly every industry covered and are always up to date and fully compliant with all standards.

New Questionnaire Form

We've included a handy Customisable Questionnaire Form. You can have up to 5 variants, each with customisable titles, colours and up to 50 question-and-answer fields. 

New Extended Measurement Form

The new release also has a customisable Extended Measurement Form, perfect for people that, well, measure a lot of things! You can add up to 40 items on the form and either keep it for your own reference or send it to your customers. Like all forms, you can also grab a signature to make sure the customer signs it off.

New Engineer & Diary View

Sometimes all you want to know is, "where is my next job"?

In the latest release of Powered Now you can switch your start screen between the dashboard, your jobs or your teams jobs. This is really useful for your Engineers if you want to keep them focused on the job at hand. 

Better Photos in Projects

One of our biggest wishlist requests was to improve the way photos work on documents such as Invoices, Quotes and Worksheets. We've made a huge improvement to this in the latest release.

1. Change the size of images on your documents - Photos can now be attached to documents in four different sizes, including a full page. Perfect if you want to upload plans.

2. Better resolution & pinch to zoom - We have also significantly improved the resolution and introduced pinch to zoom, so you can get into the details of complex photos or plans.

3. Allow for multiple images to be uploaded at once - We know this was annoying, sorry! You can now upload multiple images in one go. You can also delete individual images out of groups of photos.

Unlimited Notes on Forms & Certificates

We have introduced a new Notes section in Powered Now's certificates. This update addresses the need for a space with no character limits, allowing users to add unlimited notes to any certificate. The Notes section provides the option to explain details more thoroughly.

Bugs Squished, Faster Performance

v9.0.3 also brings a significant speed improvement to mobile and tablet users, especially on the first log-in, something those of you with large accounts will no doubt appreciate. We have also squashed a bunch of reported bugs, thank you for taking the time to let us know if you encounter a problem!

Powered Now Version 8.6.4:

This version brings three new electrical certificates, improvements to some existing certificates, and a bug fix!

New Certificates:

We’ve created three new electrical certificates to comply with the A2:2022 changes to BS 7671:2018! Those certificates are:

- Minor Electrical Installation Works Certificate
- Electrical Installation Certificate
- Electrical Installation Condition Report


We’ll be leaving the older versions of the certificates in the system for now, so you’ll need to ensure you’re using the new certificates going forward. The new versions can be identified by the “A2:2022” in their descriptions.

Certificate Improvements:

In our previous update, we released five customisable Job Completion Forms. In this update, we’ve added the ability to customise the colour of each of those forms! Now you can have a different colour form for each usage, or simply swap them all to match your company colours!

We’ve also doubled the character limit in the “Method Statement” section of our Risk Assessment & Method Statement (RAMS) form.

Bug Fixes:

Some of our customers encountered an issue where their Xero connection needed to be reauthenticated after their subscription was renewed. We’ve made some tweaks to prevent this from happening again in the future.

2. Emergency Lighting Existing Site Compliance Certificate - Used to confirm an emergency lighting installation is installed/designed correctly

3. Domestic Visual Condition Report - Basic electrical check to make sure nothing is wrong

4. Five new customisable Job Completion Forms - 5 forms, each with the ability to adjust the title that displays on the form itself and has some custom text (can be edited at the point of creation, but also can have some default text set). Also has an option in Settings to choose whether a user signs it or a customer

5. The Site Visit Form now displays the site name (Main Contact name if no Site name is given) in the signature section

6. The Pest Control Inspection Report had duplicated message, now removed

7. Gas Safety Record no longer has restrictions on the date, and unused rows no longer display any information

8. Gas Breakdown/Service Record certificate Declaration Date is no longer missing
