About PowerConnect Mobile Clinician
PowerConnect Mobile Clinician enables medical providers to securely use their smartphones or tablets to receive, review, and acknowledge actionable findings messages like critical results from the PowerConnect Actionable Findings solution. Providers may also use the application to search and view radiology results from PowerScribe that they ordered.
REQUIREMENTS:
• . Requires iOS 11.0 or later. Compatible with iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch.
• Internet access through Wifi or phone cell service provider is required. WiFi connection is strongly recommended when uploading dictations.
• PowerScribe 360 Reporting v3.0 (or greater), Mobile Bridge and PowerConnect Actionable Findings are required to use all the features of this application.

Multi-account support - ability to receive notifications from multiple active accounts at the same time. Prior release user could only get notifications from one account at a time.
Password management - ability to manage passwords via mobile app (change password, forgot password & new user password creation). Prior to this release passwords were managed via Critical Results Website

In the previous version of the PowerScribe 360 Mobile Clinician iOS and Android application, the user could only play the audio through the device speaker. The software has been updated to default playing through the handset speaker unless the user has a Bluetooth headset or a headset plugged into the device headset jack. If the user would like to play the audio on the device speaker, there is now a button in the application to route the audio to that speaker.
