The latest release introduces brand-new functionality to sort and filter prescriptions, making it easy to find both pending and approved prescriptions for your clients. This release includes the ability to access a PDF of any approved medication. The file can be saved or printed for your clinic records. We have also updated the approval flow for new compounded prescriptions. Last but not least, this release includes several bug fixes and enhancements.

Practice Hub Mobile 1.18.0 introduces brand-new functionality to sort and filter prescriptions on the Pending and History pages, making it easy to find both pending and approved prescriptions for your clients. Prescriptions can be searched by client name, pet name or vet name, and queries can be combined with prescription status and vet assignee filters.
This release also includes the ability to access a PDF file of any approved medication. The file can be saved or printed for your clinic records.

When prescribing a new standard or compounded medication, or a vet diet food item, the search screen now offers appropriate suggestions to autocomplete while the user is typing. This is especially helpful for compounded items with specific spelling. This ensures that veterinarians can find the exact product they are looking for in less time than ever.

This ensures that pre-approved prescriptions are sent to the correct Chewy account for future purchase. Practice Hub will automatically attempt to connect clients with their Chewy accounts during the pre-approval process. Users can also manually search for a different account at any time.
