Any match can now be marked as a "Template" or "Library".
If a match is a template it will be included in the new match type choices under the custom group.
If a match is a library its stages can be added to other matches of the same type and subtype.
Under the "Build Stages" menu, "Add classifier", "Add Skills Stage" and "Add Prebuilt Stage" all say "Stage Library" and include classifiers and custom stages together.
