Black box warnings are added to the orders workflow along with an acknowledgement workflow. This allows practitioners to review triggered order alerts. A black box warning is the FDA's most stringent warning for drugs and medical devices on the market. Black box warnings, or boxed warnings, alert the public and health care providers to serious side effects, such as injury or death.

Great news! You can now create orders with full freedom - from templates or from scratch (medication library)!

Create orders from scratch (any medication). For example, start by searching for a medication by name Levothyroxine, select one from medication library in search results and add dosage and schedule information to start the order.

Remove or add new schedule types (such as routine, PRN, one time) to an order template. For example, start with a template for Tylenol 500mg PO BID and add a PRN schedule to the same order.
