A black box warning is the FDA's most stringent warning for drugs and medical devices on the market. Great news! You can now create orders with full freedom - from templates or from scratch (medication library)!
Create orders from scratch (any medication). For example, start by searching for a medication by name Levothyroxine, select one from medication library in search results and add dosage and schedule information to start the order.
Remove or add new schedule types (such as routine, PRN, one time) to an order template. For example, start with a template for Tylenol 500mg PO BID and add a PRN schedule to the same order.
