What is Praymania?

Praymania is a place to get and give support through prayer. Praymania is about changing you outlook and changing the world one prayer and one friend at a time. Not only is it a place to get and give support, but it’s fun. To encourage participation and to measure the support you give and get, users get points for participation. As you build your circle, you will see your ranking among your supporters and be motivated to reach the ultimate level of Praymaniac!

What do I use Praymania for?

There are 2 primary uses for Praymaina.

• Getting support: Post a prayer request for something important to you. Feel and see the love of your Praymania community as they prayer with and for you!
• Giving support: Help your friends in your circle by actively praying for their needs and concerns. Feel great for supporting them and build up your Praymania profile in the process.

Getting started

Let’s walk through the basics so you can start your road to becoming a Praymaniac.

Prayer Request: It all begins with a prayer request (post). Post a request and the friends in your circle will be able to actively support you and comment on your post. A prayer request consists of a topic, the request itself and an end date. By default, the request is active for 4 weeks.

Build your circle: In order to get the support you need, you have to have supporters. At first, there will be some effort required to build your circle. That is, your friends will need to download the Praymania app and support you. You can easily build your circle by sharing your prayer request on Facebook and Twitter and invite your connections from those apps to join Praymania.

Pray Now: At the heart of Praymania is measuring the act of praying. Praymania does this by counting time you actively pray. Simply press the Pray Now icon on any post and you will go to the Pray Now screen. Press Pray Now and start supporting!

Add Comments: If you’d like to add a message of support, press the comment button and share

Search: The search screen helps you find other Praymania users so that you can add them to your circle. It also allows you to block and drop users. Finally, search enable you to find specific prayer requests.

Scoreboard: Visit the scoreboard page to see how you and your circle are doing. You get points for every second you pray and for every second your supporters pray for your requests. Have fun, pray more. Climb the Praymania ladder and get all the glory that comes with it!

Profile: Your profile page will enable you to change your personal settings, see your scoring details and review you active and closed posts. You can also access the apps global settings from this page (gear icon).

Notifications: The notifications area will show alert you to important Praymania events that occur. Show More
