1. At registration, the phone number should show the country prefixes list(by default there must be selected the company country one)
2. When typing a comment (Additional Information text-box) in the driver rating page, the submit button is blocked by the keyboard as shown in screenshot below. There is no way to close the page except by completely closing the app.
3. Passenger app - Remove validation on pickup time, pickup zone from the client as they been implemented on the server

5. If the car does not accept child seats don't show; also limit the maximum number from each at 1
6. 'Pickup can be done in x minute ' - X must be the maximum value between pickup can be done in Y minutes and the nearest driver (so if threshold pickup is 2 hours but nearest driver is at 5 minutes, display 2 hours)
