Veradigm EHR Mobile for the Apple® iPhone™ provides secure, remote access to Veradigm EHR, giving you the freedom to manage your schedule, check your messages, write prescriptions, and log encounters anywhere at any time.
With this app, you can:
- Access Veradigm EHR patient and provider data through a HIPAA-compliant connection
- View and manage clinic and rounding schedules
--View and respond to EHR and patient messages
--Review and respond to charts, labs, and other key documents
--Access patient histories, vital signs, and demographic information
- Write prescriptions and refills
- Create new patients and document quick encounters

- Users are no longer required to register a device using a One Time Password sent to their email address on file for each app download.
- Order and refill controlled substances using EPCS streamlined workflows. To use EPCS on the app, you must use a YubiKey 5 series hard token as an authentication method. YubiKey 5 NFC is recommended and works for both Professional EHR Desktop and Professional EHR Mobile. See the YubiKey Security Keys Quick Reference Guide for more information.

- Dark mode is available based on your system settings.
