You get unlimited bids and unlimited access to external, non user generated posts (Federal Business Opportunities, etc.). You also can accept payments from users for services (after subscribing, you can do so by going to Settings > Setup Payments). Bids can only be placed on user generated posts. This offer is valid as long as you are subscribed. If you were to cancel your subscription, your bids will still remain valid. You will get to keep you current bid credits, regardless of subscription status.

Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled within 24-hours before the end of the current period. You can cancel anytime with your iTunes account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited if you purchase a subscription.
