ДОРАБОТКИ ПО КАНЦЕЛЯРИИ
Мы вновь улучшили процедуру создания писем. Теперь номер письма присваивается при сохранении, но если нужно его узнать заранее, можно нажать на кнопку «Запросить номер письма». Кроме того, при создании писем можно редактировать дату их регистрации, за счёт чего разрешено завести письмо вчерашним или завтрашним числом. Наконец, в Projecto добавлены новые настройки нумерации писем, благодаря чему каждое юрлицо-отправитель или получатель может иметь собственную нумерацию и собственный буквенный код.

АВТОФОКУС В ПОЛЯХ НАЗВАНИЙ
При создании новых задач, событий, проектов и пр. курсор будет автоматически подставляться в поле с названием.

ДИНАМИЧЕСКОЕ ОБНОВЛЕНИЕ ЧАТОВ
Projecto становится еще на шаг ближе к полноценным мессенджерам. Теперь функция автоматического обновления чатов заработает между всеми платформами, как для комментариев, так и для вложений. Любой новый элемент в любом чате будет виден остальным участникам задачи, события, проекта, документа и пр. без необходимости перезагружать окно.

УЛУЧШЕННЫЙ ОФЛАЙН-РЕЖИМ
В этом релизе мы реализовали первую часть наших задумок по улучшению работы Projecto без Интернета. Статус подключения к серверу Projecto всегда отображается плашкой в левом меню, при нажатии на которую проводится повторная проверка соединения. Вход в приложение без Интернета стал вдвое быстрее, а переключение между разделами вообще будет происходить мгновенно, потому что всё содержимое кэшируется заранее. Те настройки и пункты меню, которые нельзя менять в офлайне, будут серыми и ненажимаемыми. Всё, что создаётся в офлайне, тоже будет сохраняться в кэш практически мгновенно. Позже мы расширим состав кэшируемого контента, например, в офлайне можно будет просматривать недавние задачи и события.

ПЕРЕРАБОТАН РАЗДЕЛ «ДОКУМЕНТЫ И ФАЙЛЫ»
По просьбам пользователей мы обновили дизайн раздела с документами и файлами. В нём будет легче ориентироваться, а на iPad он будет заметно компактнее.

УЛУЧШЕНИЯ ПО КАЛЕНДАРЮ
В календаре Projecto в режиме недели на планшетах появилась возможность свободно двигать сетку – вы можете пролистать её на день, на несколько дней или сразу на целую неделю. На смартфонах листание сетки ускорено, при перелистывании дней сетка больше не моргает и не пропадает.

НОВЫЕ ОКНА ЗАДАЧ, СОБЫТИЙ И ДОКУМЕНТОВ НА iPAD
В качестве эксперимента мы запускаем одну из новых функций будущего крупного обновления Projecto 3 уже сейчас. Как и в веб-версии, окна задач, событий и документов на планшетах в горизонтальной ориентации будут делиться на три колонки. Всё важное содержимое будет у вас перед глазами без необходимости скроллинга. В документах первый из файлов в содержимом тоже будет показываться прямо в центральной колонке.

ОПТИМИЗАЦИЯ МНОГОЗАДАЧНОСТИ
Обновление iOS 13 многое изменило в поведении многозадачности на iPad в режиме Split View и добавило несколько неприятных проблем. В этой версии Projecto все они исправлены, и теперь приложением можно полноценно пользоваться на вашем планшетном компьютере в любом привычном режиме. Также мы добавили многочисленные исправления и улучшения в интерфейсе для iPad Pro c Face ID.

УЛУЧШЕНЫ ВСПЛЫВАЮЩИЕ УВЕДОМЛЕНИЯ
Всплывающие уведомления, которые прилетают в Projecto, когда приложение запущено, стали крупнее, а текст – контрастнее. Прочитанные уведомления можно смахивать, чтобы не дожидаться, пока они сами закроются.


ДРУГИЕ ИСПРАВЛЕНИЯ И УЛУЧШЕНИЯ

ЗАЩИТА ДОСТУПА
В настройках приложения появился новый раздел "Безопасность", где вы можете активировать защиту Projecto с помощью PIN-кода, Touch ID или Face ID.

РАСШИРЕННЫЕ НАСТРОЙКИ ПОВТОРОВ ЗАДАЧ
Раньше мобильная версия Projecto не позволяла вам создать задачу, которая повторялась бы, к примеру, каждую вторую пятницу каждого месяца. Начиная с версии 2.4.3 настройки повторов те же, что и в веб-версии.

Другие изменения и улучшения
- Отметить прошедшее событие несостоявшимся разрешено любым участникам события (но автор всё равно об этом узнает)
- В длинных списках задач при подгрузке теперь всегда отображается индикатор
- Исправлена проблема с перетаскиванием в календаре событий, которые заканчивались в полночь
- Оптимизирована скорость работы раздела "Недавнее" в Инбоксе
- Исправлены проблемы с отображением календарей других пользователей
- Улучшен процесс запроса прав доступа при первом входе в приложение

- В свойствах писем в документообороте появились новые поля: место хранения, способ доставки, ФИО принявшего сотрудника и канцелярский номер у адресата.

КАНЦЕЛЯРИЯ
В разделе «Документы» появились два новые шаблона: входящие и исходящие письма. Для писем используется свой набор статусов и полей в карточках, например, можно указать отправителей, получателей, тему, сведения об отправке и доставке. Можно также указать, что письмо требует ответа к определённому сроку и настроить напоминания об этом.

ОБНОВЛЁННЫЙ ИНТЕРФЕЙС ЗАДАЧ И СОБЫТИЙ
В окнах задач и событий все основные действия, связанные со сменой статусов, сдвигом сроков и пр. вынесены в отдельные кнопки, которые всегда будут на виду. Все напоминания, отчёты и доработки теперь тоже видны прямо в окнах задач, переходить на вложенные экраны, чтобы посмотреть их, уже не нужно.

НОВЫЕ КАЛЕНДАРИ: ЗАДАЧИ, ЦЕЛИ, ДОКУМЕНТЫ
В разделе «Календарь» теперь можно увидеть не только задачи, но также документы и цели проектов, по которым у вас есть напоминания. Задачи показываются в дни, когда наступает их срок, когда по ним выставлены напоминания и когда вам нужно написать или проверить отчёты. Мигание означает, что по событию, задаче, документу или цели есть любое уведомление, касающееся вас и требующее действия.

НОВЫЕ ПОЛЯ И РОЛИ У ДОКУМЕНТОВ
В карточке каждого документа теперь доступно необязательное поле «Дата начала действия», которое будет актуально для приказов, регламентов, лицензий и пр. А в списке участников документа предусмотрена новая роль – «Подписавший», с помощью которой будет проще вносить документы в систему.

ДРУГИЕ ИЗМЕНЕНИЯ И УЛУЧШЕНИЯ
- Содержимое TXT-файлов теперь отображается прямо в их свойствах, нажимать на кнопку «Предпросмотр файла» больше не нужно
- Согласующие по документу могут менять своё мнение прямо из мобильного приложения
- Исправлена проблема, из-за которой при сдаче задачи на проверку иногда было невозможно сразу написать запрошенный отчёт
- Исправлены проблемы, из-за которых мог некорректно работать скроллинг на некоторых экранах
- Исправлены проблемы с просмотром протоколов

- В каждом документе теперь можно вести список ознакомившихся с ним – под каждым пользователем будет указано, отреагировал ли он на приглашение ознакомиться с документом или нет. Например, это будет полезно для оповещения сотрудников о приказах
- Projecto больше не предупреждает о неактуальных напоминаниях, созданных автоматически, только о тех, что были созданы вами вручную
- Исправлены кнопки действий в уведомлениях о закрытии доступа к задачам, событиям, проектам и документам
