About PROMIS Pain Report

This app was created by the Health Engineering Applications Lab (heal.asu.edu) at Arizona State University for the Children's National Health System Pain Clinic. This app supports clinical trials and research in utilizing NIH Pain Reported Outcomes Measurement Information System (PROMIS, www.nihpromis.org) tools for pain management and reporting. This app is meant for adolescents with Sickle Cell Disease and post-operative back pain.

The current version of the app is reserved for patients participating in clinical trials with CNHS. The app requires a CNHS-assigned PIN and access to a private remote server as part of data collection for the study. If you are participating in the clinical trial and having difficulty installing or using the app, please email promisasu@gmail.com or contact Dr. Quezado.

If you are interested in this app for research or other purposes, please contact Dr. Zenaide Quezado (ZQuezado@childrensnational.org). If you have an interest in mHealth app development and research, please contact Kevin Gary (kgary@asu.edu).

PIs: Dr. Zenaide Quezado (M.D. CNHS), Matthew Oetgen (M.D. CNHS), Kevin Cleary (Ph.D. CNHS), Kevin Gary (Ph.D. ASU)
