This update includes many exciting new features!
1. iCloud Sync
All of your property data will be synced automatically between devices via iCloud.
2. Enhanced Export
You can now export all of your property pictures with captions to email. You can also export a property summary or a comprehensive spreadsheet that includes all of your property's data.
3. Wholesale Fee
If you’re a a wholesaler you’re going to like this one! We now have an option to include a wholesale fee in your calculations. This will be added as a cost for the investor and will be factored into the maximum allowable offer and profit calculations.
4. Hard Money Loans
Under loan details you now have the option to include a loan origination fee as a percentage of the total loan. This fee is also referred to as “points”. The origination
fee will be incorporated into all of your calculations.

Browse a map of your property directly from the app!

When you create a new property the app now allows you to manually choose an existing property to act as a template.
