We've updated the app to be more reliable than that 'moving day' friend who always cancels last minute

I was told, that apparently, I have to inform you about the updates we've made (or something).

So, hang on, this is going to blow your mind. We have added a cool filter that enables you to search for Co-Ownership eligible properties and added some new colours on the Property Details pages.

Hey, it’s been a while since our last update and we’ve been working hard to bring you the new and improved PropertyPal app. It’s got all the features of the website we know you love, and we’ve had a bit of a facelift. Hit that update button and take a nosey at our new makeover.

We want to make your search for a home as smooooooth as possible, but sometimes apps don’t run that smoothly. If you experience any issues, please email iphoneapp@propertypal.com

Updates:
• No need for a new account - sign in with Apple, Google or Facebook
• Update your saved searches and email alerts in your user section, without having to visit the website.
• Check out the new property details screen, now with a Gallery, Videos & Virtual Tours (where available) and stamp duty calculations.
• Keep track of all your sent email enquiries within the app.
• Make notes on your favourite properties in the property details screen and user login area.
• Add ‘pals’ - see their favourites, saved searches and notes all within the app (no more sharing links)
• Drew a search in the wrong area? Use the new eraser tool to remove areas from your search
• Swiftly delete your account in the user area, no need to visit the website or contact support.
• Dark Mode and iPad compatible

There are a few updates to this version of the app: ● Our search has been overhauled to support natural language phrases. For example, you can type in ‘2 bedroom bungalows in Belfast for under 100k’ - rather than using filters to refine the property type, price and number of bedrooms. ● We’ve added ‘did you mean’ content at the top of search results to ensure you always find what you’re looking for ● We've resolved an issue so that you can now login easily with Facebook.
