Task Tracking

Medication Management
PsychTrac helps you to track any medications you may have to take. It alerts you when to take your meds and helps you to track any side-effects you may be having.

Journal
Record your thoughts and feelings, like a recovery blog, for your new journey. This serves as a record of healing and also provides your supporters a window into your new life. Of course, you control your privacy and can keep this to yourself, if you prefer.

Important: Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life. As part of a clinical engagement this app may track your location in the background at all times. This setting can be disabled by the phone owner in settings or by your clinician within the web settings. You can view the tracked path under the "Locations" screen.
