A great addition of timers for use by personal trainers, athletes, crossfit individuals, boxing or applications for multi-sports to assist with workouts.

There is a 3-2-1 timer, Tabata timer and an EMOM (every minute on the minute timer - which can also be adapted to specific training plan).

After years of using in adequate timers this app was born out of necessity to get the job done!
One app which can be customised to suite your need or your clients needs.

With over 20 year experience in the fitness industry we were compelled to write this app and we use it everyday with awesome results.
