We think PulsePRO is great but that doesn't mean you do so please keep giving us feedback so you can have the heart rate and AFib monitoring app you always wanted. Don't forget to review PulsePRO as the reviews get reset after each update.

PulsePRO 2.0 is coming and based on user feedback it will have a way to save graphs and compare similar graphs.
1.2.3
2015-08-15
* Fixes for a few obscure bugs
NOTE: There is a review authored by NCAADisappointed claiming PulsePRO does NOTHING!! First, please contact support before writing a negative review as we're happy to help resolve any issues. Secondly, Apple would never approve an app, especially an app offering a subscription, that does NOTHING!
Things to remember when using PulsePRO:
* If you declined the request for PulsePRO to access your health data, you will see NOTHING. Without approval, Apple's security model will not allow any apps to access your health information. So yes, without approval PulsePRO will display NOTHING.
* A subscription is NOT REQUIRED to view your OWN heart rate. A subscription is ONLY REQUIRED to monitor someone else's heart rate. Please do not purchase a subscription and then request following to yourself.
* PulsePRO does NOT capture and store your heart rate. An external device, such as an Apple Watch or another compatible device, is REQUIRED to capture and store your heart rate in Apple's Health App. PulsePRO then requests access to your health data (see above). So yes, if you don't have another device capturing your heart rate, PulsePRO will display NOTHING.

PLEASE NOTE:
If you are still experiencing problems after upgrading to v1.2 or v1.2.1. Please remove PulsePRO and re-install it from iTunes. This will clear any lingering data inconsistencies. Once re-installed:
1) Launch PulsePRO and navigate to "Subscription"
2) Press "Subscribe" (top right button)
3) Press "Restore" (top right button). This will restore your purchase from iTunes.
4) If you've previously requested following you must now re-request following using the same emails as before.
