If you were a customer with 10+ devices on iOS you might have noticed that it takes a while for your devices to load. Sometimes minutes. We did our best to improve that experience and have reduced the time from ~50 seconds to ~5.

Thanks for scenting your space with Pura! Here is what's new:

Improvements:
- You can now set your schedules to start and end at more precise times. Instead of every 15 minutes (i.e. 1:00, 1:15, 1:30...), they can be set in increments of 5 minutes (i.e. 1:00, 1:05, 1:10...).
- We have updated a feedback survey in-app to ask more helpful questions for our team. Now, you may receive this survey when setting up a new diffuser, so keep your eye out!
- Per Apple's updated guidelines, you can now delete your Pura account from the mobile app, though we would be very sad if you feel the need to use that feature. If you are contemplating deleting your Pura account, please shoot us an email: mobile@pura.com. We want to hear you feedback and improve your experience!

- In scenarios where diffuser setup failed, the "Try Again" button was not restarting the setup process. This issue is resolved.

- Introduced more accurate and actionable analytics tooling to help our team provide the most valuable experience for our users.
- Created a new way in-app for our team to inform users with out-of-date app versions.
- Introduced a "Shop as Guest" experience on the home screen for potential customers looking to browse our products for the first time.

What is new in this version? Apparently the last version we released had some issues. My opinion was that away mode should be a one time thing. You know, once you set it you can never control the diffuser ever again. Because you are away. Everyone else said it was a "bug" and a "major problem". So it has been changed. In this version, if the diffuser is in away mode you can now control it once you enter the vicinity of the device.

With this release we have baked in a few messages around the app to help teach you about how your Pura diffuser will behave in certain scenarios, like when you try to turn a timer on while a schedule is active.

In preparation to ramp up beta testing for our new timer feature, we fixed some bugs and made a few improvements.

One principle that is important to our team is that the mobile app should exactly reflect what the diffuser is doing at any given time. Some of our recent upgrades reflect our dedication to this principle. Despite our latest bug fixes and improvements in diffuser behaviour, we have noticed that some users are experiencing delays in how quick the device turns on and off after tapping the start/stop button. We are currently devising a plan to eliminate these delays, but in the meantime we have added a loading indicator to show when your diffuser processing commands.
