We’ve added a second video ad company to handle the increased demand for free hints! As there will now be two sources for video ads, hopefully everyone will be able to get many more free hints than before. We NEVER limit the number of free hints you can earn. It is purely dependent on the number of videos the ad companies can deliver to you. Some days it will be more, some days less.

Also, if you are having any issues with the video ads at all, please email us about it, so your specific issue can be resolved. We can be reached via the email button in the game menu, or on our website.
