* We are excited to introduce the teams, private or public, organizational structures, where you can create your channels & knowledge base and invite people to join * New knowledge base administration is now done at the level of teams; the documents collections can be shared within the teams between various channels * Communication in channels is now available via intelligent chat which can be either a post or a thread comment depending on user gestures and intent to comment a previous post or create a new one; the comment can now contain the link to the knowledge base document
