Using the QuestionPro Customer Experience application is quite easy, simply enter the email address, password registered with QuestionPro and enter the access code which can be added from the Customer Experience account.
1. View all previous responses and NPS Scores for Business Units
2. View score for individual Business Units along with child Business Units if any.
3. See the total number of responses collected from your customers
4. View detractor comments and status of the tickets generated.
