Since 10.3 applications cannot open phone call autonomously. When an application tries to open a phone call the iOS system ask you for an explicit permission and only after a positive answer let the application open the call.
So the “Ask before calling” functionality has been disabled on iOS 10.3 or greater.

Shake gesture to update all contacts can now be enabled / disabled from setting menu.
Many customers asked us to change the icon that we introduced, as the original one didn’t comply to Apple guidelines. We sent to them several alternatives to check their opinion and the most voted one has been selected to be the new icon in this version.
