RaceOwl app map usability improvement

- Improved map zoom, rotate and pan
- Map object scale to help 'mature' eyes

Bug fix for the map screen. The initial zoom setting could have resulted in a locked screen.

- Add direct links with context for ETA and map to RaceOwl.com
- Expand the race map to include the whole race course. (pinch to zoom, two finger rotate, double click to recenter)

5.1.0 drops the tracking feature from the app to focus only on race observation.

Bug fix to allow for RaceOwl website to maintain racer track quality.

Added ability for RaceOwl website to redirect a misbehaving tracker to its correct race.

4.4.3 updated logic to strongly suggest users change the system location settings to 'always' since the app will not function correctly without it.

4.4.1: immediately requests permissions for 'always on' to allow RaceOwl to run in background mode immediately after install. This is an important capability for Marathon Races where the phone will be in background mode most of the time.

bug fix for tracking persistence, tracking could have been inadvertently turned on when the app returns from background mode into foreground. User is now required to interact with an explicit command button push to reenable tracking.

bug fix: added a catch for failures to properly interpret a badly formed date/time string

Registration process for virtual races has been simplified.

- Allow for faster interval location updates for shorter races. This aids in split time and race start/finish accuracy

- Checkpoint check in/out now provides immediate feedback from RaceOwl on the status of checkpoint updates

Version 2.0 expands RaceOwl to include checkpoint updates and spot tracker registration.

- more robust position history queue when there is no network connection. This feature retains your position history until a network is found and then transfers the history all at once.

- addition of track me and stop command buttons. Track me will enable GPS tracking and immediately send a position update. Stop will discontinue GPS updates and pause sending location updates to RaceOwl.

bug fix: continue updates even when the app has been placed into the background.
