Declare diagnosis on medical certificate
You now choose to show or hide your medical diagnosis on a medical certificate (MC)—useful for insurance and HR claims!

View questionnaire responses
If you’ve previously answered a questionnaire, you can now refer to your past responses and see how your answers have changed.

For corporate users:
- You can now redeem member points for eligible products on the Buy & Book tab!
- You can also buy products with your Flexi benefits when no co-payment has been set.

Appointments
- You can now view your past Raffles Medical appointments from the last 5 years. Just tap on the Calendar icon on the home screen!

Personal Health Records
- Past lab test results are now accessible under the Medical Records section
- You can also view past selected health records of up to 5 years (vaccination, colonoscopy, retinophotography, & selected radiology records)

- Personalised Recommendations: Raffles Connect now provides tailored recommendations to help you improve your current lifestyle, health, and emotional state.

Plus–the usual enhancements and bug extermination!

We’ve packed in plenty of new features and improvements this time! Here's some of what you can expect:

- More accurate tracking: For more control over your health and fitness journey, you can now manually update your steps and meals tracking. You can also decide which stats you want to see first by rearranging the order of the cards.

- Corporate points & events: Corporate users can now earn points from quizzes and challenges and redeem points for eligible products! Additionally, they can now view, book tickets, and check in to health and wellness events organised by their companies!

Plus, more enhancements to claims and a more robust Calendar section!

Fix bugs and improvements

Happy November! Here are our latest enhancements:

1. Specialist bookings from Memberships
If you’re a corporate user, you can now find a list of Specialist doctors and make appointments directly from your Memberships page. For your convenience, your membership benefits will be applied automatically during checkout!

2. Updated Health Score page
We’ve upgraded our Health Score page to give you a clearer understanding of your heart health. With our colour-coded ranges, you’ll see where you are in the health-unhealthy range.

2 important updates this time!

- Glanceable health metric ranges: BMI, blood pressure and cholesterol are now displayed in a colour-coded scale that tells you if you're in the healthy or unhealthy range.

- Dependants’ eCard: Dependants now have their own eCards that they can flash at panel clinics for cashless GP consultations!

Not forgetting–routine user experience enhancements and bug squashing

We’re celebrating this release with the launch of 4 FREE self-guided health and wellness programmes! Choose from the following and sign up for as many as you like:
- Intro to Chronic Disease Management
- Intro to Mental Wellness
- Intro to Diet & Nutrition
- Starting an Active Lifestyle

For those into mindfulness and mental wellness, you can now log your mood daily and track your stress and anxiety levels! To get started, just hit the ‘Records’ tab and select ’Mindfulness.

We’ve added an Insurance section for Raffles Shield customers. You can now apply and pay for new Raffles Shield polices (without underwriting risk) through the app from 2nd October.

To access the Insurance section, just head to ‘Benefits’ on the navigation bar and select the ‘Insurance’ tab.

Fix bugs and improvements

1. Claims and eLOG
Corporate users can now submit claims and eLOGs on the app and see updates on approval status.

2. Free upcoming programmes
We'll be launching 3 free health programmes in October. Find out more info and indicate your interest in the Coming Soon section on the Home screen.

3. Personal health records
You can now track your activity and stats in a more organised way with our new Lifestyle and Health tabs. Just tap on 'Health' on the navigation bar to add and view records.

We've got a few major updates this time!

1. GP eQueue
Our newest remote queueing feature is now available at 37 Raffles Medical GP clinics in Singapore. This means you can now cut the waiting time at the clinic when you visit a GP–just get a queue ticket from home and head to the clinic when your turn is coming.

2. E-commerce
We've created a more intuitive shopping experience–now you can check your order history and make quick checkouts when you shop for medical and wellness products on the marketplace.

3. Track your blood glucose
We’ve added a blood glucose section under the ‘Health’ tab. This allows you to record blood glucose levels at different times of the day and compare your readings by day, week, or month.

4. Corporate memberships
Corporate users can now activate their employee benefits directly from the ‘Memberships’ tab.

5. Further improvements to Settings and permissions.

- You can now log your blood glucose & conveniently view your most recent blood pressure measurements at a glance

Other bug fixes and enhancement:
- We've added security and payment enhancements for a richer and smoother experience.

2 big updates this time:

1. NEW: Join the clinic queue from home
Cut the waiting time when you see a GP! With our new eQueue service, you can join the queue remotely and head to the clinic when your turn is near.

This will be piloted at Raffles Medical Centre Holland V for 2 weeks first, then launched islandwide.

2. A better experience for Corporate users
Those under employee benefits programmes can now view the full details of their coverage.

This includes coverage amounts, benefits and perks, and list of panel clinics.

We’re back with 2 major updates in this latest version::

Managing Specialist appointments
You can now book, cancel or reschedule specialist appointments made through the app or through a Raffles Medical Group representative

Healthier SG
If you've elected Raffles Medical Group as your primary care provider, you'll be able to see your doctor's recommendations on the app–a great way to track your progress and see updates!

Time for another important update!

- Appointment syncing:
Your RMG specialist appointments are now reflected in the Raffles Connect app, where you can check the location, timing, and instructions for your bookings.

- Cancel/reschedule specialist appointments:
Not free on appointment day? You now have the option to cancel your specialist appointment or choose the next available slot on the app.

- Other bug fixes and enhancement:
We've added security and payment enhancements for a richer and smoother shopping experience.

It’s time for another update!

- Those on our Guided Health Plans will be able to score and accumulate points for different types of self-assessments.

We’ve also deployed additional security and bug fixes to ensure a safe and smoother in-app experience!
