The Rainbow Abacus contributes to improving the cognitive benefits children and beginners can gain from abacus use, thru employing the natural color spectrum order. By highlighting the interactive principle of the color spectrum order as a natural numerical placement and value system, children and beginners can easily adapt to the cognitive benefits of the world's oldest computer. The Rainbow Abacus App. includes a menu that includes:
•“How To Use” section, designed to acquaint beginners to setting up and solving problems on the Rainbow abacus,
•“Learn Abacus” section, designed to acquaint beginners to counting on the Rainbow Abacus including decimal placements,
•“New Contest” section designed with challenging addition and subtraction problems to solve with a automatic calculating and score keeper reset button.
