Rezl is a smartphone app that builds-up our “resilience” and enhances our ability to perform.  Our “resilience” helps us to respond to “challenges and setbacks” so that we can focus on the things that we wish to achieve in our lives. 

The signs that our resilience may be getting low include difficulty sleeping, irritability and mood swings, poor levels of concentration and restlessness. Research shows, that by learning to be mindful, we can increase our resilience in a way that lasts.

Rezl will introduce you to something called “Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy” – MBCT – which was developed at the universities of Massachusetts and Oxford.

How does Rezl work?

Our resilience is our ability to deal with pressure, challenges and setbacks.  The good news is that resilience involves behaviours, thoughts and actions that can developed in anyone.  Research demonstrates that Mindfulness will build up our resilience and improve performance in every part of our lives.
 
Mindfulness makes us more “aware of our thoughts” in an objective, non-judgemental way, so that we are better able to manage our feelings and emotions. 

This empowers us, so that we build up our self-confidence and our self-esteem, and we reduce negative reactions to day-to-day events.  In this way we become more resilient, more able to focus and less impulsive - so that we can perform when under pressure or in uncertain environments

So, what’s inside Rezl?

An Introduction – to explain how the mindfulness programme will build up your resilience; and clear instructions on how to use Rezl.

A Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy Foundation Programme – an eight-stage course which is scientifically proven to build up your resilience. There is a tutorial and a meditation or each of the eight steps within the Rezl Foundation Programme.

A Maintenance Programme – to enable you to continue your regular use of Rezl.
