About Right Plates Weight Calculator

Right Plates is a simple barbell weight calculator utility used to tell you the correct configuration of barbell weight plates to put on each side of a barbell, giving the correct target total weight. Used for strength trainers, cross trainers, or anyone doing free weight exercises.

The bar weight is accounted for and configurable through settings using the barbell plate inventory. Using your own inventory of plates guarantees a configuration that you actually have. For example, if you need 225 pounds, the app will tell you you need two 45's for the left and right, with a 45 pound bar.

For those of us that hate doing the math in our heads, this app makes determining the right plates to put on the bar easy and fast.

Also, Right Plates calculates your estimated 1 Rep Maximum and displays percentages of 1 Rep Max for easy reference.

You can configure your personal plate inventory so you can get a more accurate configuration for the target weight. Inventory editing can be unlocked using In App Purchase.
