Ahead of the upcoming changes to fees that estate agents can charge tenants for, in England, you can now find details of the following via the ‘tenancy info’ link (this was previously ‘fees apply’):
- Relevant fees that still apply (such as refundable deposit amounts)
- The redress scheme the agent advertising the property belongs to
- Client money protection (CMP) scheme membership, where relevant
Don’t forget: The changes to tenant fees will apply to all tenancies signed on, or after, the 1st June 2019.
