* Automatically zoom in at the users current location, if app is allowed to access the users current location
* Add Settings menu with "Privacy and Settings" section to provide a direct way to update app settings
* Bugfix where Windy.com cameras interfere with other cameras. Changed the priority to always use the state provided traffic cameras first.

In this update we are adding weather cameras by Windy.com. The weather cameras are available in areas where we currently don't have access to traffic cameras, which means you can now use RoadCam all over the globe!
