About RoadSmart Mobile
This application is intended for roadside assistance providers contracted with Allstate Roadside Services only.
RoadSmart Mobile is the mobile companion to RoadSmart dispatch, putting the power of mobile dispatch and GPS in drivers’ hands. The app enables drivers to receive, accept and update jobs in progress via their smartphone. Simple, one touch access to call the customer, get turn-by-turn directions, or update the status of the job. When the job is complete, just press a button and it is stored in the job history for easy retrieval and viewing. All the details needed to service the customer are displayed on the phone including:
-Vehicle Make, Model, Year and Color.
-Customer Name
-Customer Phone Number
-Service Requested (Tire Change, Fuel delivery, etc.)
-Disablement Location
Disclaimer: Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.

This minor release introduces a fix to automatically refresh the job queue to display any jobs assigned, the ability to update an ETA while Enroute as well as some visual changes to the ETA update experience. You will also find some minor bug fixes

WHAT'S NEW IN VERSION 5.1
You can now utilize the RoadSmart Mobile App by Allstate Roadside Services to do the following;
· Request a GOA (Gone on Arrival)
· Update your ETA
· Cancel a Dispatch
· Notify of a Service Failure
· Bug fixes
By using this new functionality it allows RoadSmart Mobile users to communicate directly with Allstate Roadside Services without having to pick-up the phone to complete any one of those actions! Plus, for added security to protect customer information, there is now a prompt to enter your password every 7 days.

In a bad coverage area? More job details are now stored on the phone so they can be accessed even when no data connection is available. It is now even easier to refresh the job details or upload your status when you get back online. Simply swipe down on the job queue or job details screen.
