You can easily select your origin and destination address and look up walking and public transit route options to help you get your destination, well...with less OMG. You can also compare your route options based on what’s important to you such as time of arrival and number of transfers.

Exciting news! In collaboration with the TTC, we are rolling out support for real-time crowding on vehicles. Soon, you'll be to see how crowded the vehicles on your routes are by:
- clicking on a stop on the stops map
- looking at a stop in favourites or near-me
- clicking on a stop and looking at its arrivals page
You'll be able to use this information to pick a safer route wherever you need to go.

As some have you have noticed, and let us know, the new UI update has a lot of improvements in it... but maybe a few things that we could have done better. Presenting... drum roll... a fixed Favourite and Near-Me scroll. We really nerded out over this one and optimized it the best we could. So now, it should be smooth like butter.

We are super committed to our Rocketman Resolutions however and hope you are enjoying Dark Mode J. Over the past few months we’ve been getting some amazing messages from you. Lots of it has been feedback on the product itself which is tremendously helpful – please keep that coming! But we also regularly receive messages about your commute – delays, crowded vehicles, unicorn sightings (true story), etc. Longer term we want to give YOU the ability to help keep fellow commuters better informed. For now, we’ve just added the ability to ‘Report a problem with your route’ on the Alerts page. As we identify common themes we will start to integrate those into the experience so that you are getting the info you need to make your commute as glorious as it can possibly be.

It’s 2020! Congrats on entering a new decade! We have one New Years resolution here at Mission Control: make your commute better than it was in 2019. Of course, there isn’t much we can do about the dude on the streetcar who blocks the lane with his massive backpack. And we can’t help you with the folks talking obnoxiously loud on their phones. BUT. We have some pretty big plans to improve your commute in a lot of innovative ways this year.
To kick off the new year we have added some oft-requested features:
· Dark Mode v1 is now live! We’d love to know if you have any feedback on the colouring so please let us know at support@rocketmanapp.com.
· The order of Favourites on the Apple Watch will now mirror the order on your phone. We’ve also added a settings tab to the Apple Watch for further customization.
· You will now see Go Train platform number on your Favourites view.

It’s 2020! Congrats on entering a new decade! We have one New Years resolution here at Mission Control: make your commute better than it was in 2019. Of course, there isn’t much we can do about the dude on the streetcar who blocks the lane with his massive backpack. And we can’t help you with the folks talking obnoxiously loud on their phones. BUT. We have some pretty big plans to improve your commute in a lot of innovative ways this year.
To kick off the new year we have added some oft-requested features:
· Dark Mode v1 is now live! We’d love to know if you have any feedback on the colouring so please let us know at support@rocketmanapp.com.
· The order of Favourites on the Apple Watch will now mirror the order on your phone. We’ve also added a settings tab to the Apple Watch for further customization.
· You will now see Go Train platform number on your Favourites view.

Hello Rocketeers!
Just a couple quick changes in this release.
- We’ve made some spacing improvements to the widget so everything should fit much better regardless of your device size.
- Some users have experienced time prediction outages. Now when users restart Rocketman they will have that issue cleared.

What’s up everyone!
We are back and we have built a release to address a couple common requests we have heard from you. The Rocketman team exists to serve its loyal Rocketeers so your wish is our command.
- We heard from some users that they were not seeing all of the incoming vehicles on the map in the Track view. We’ve now expanded that logic to ensure that any incoming vehicle with a time prediction appears in RED and all other vehicles appear in GREY. Basically, if we have arrival data for your approaching vehicles you’ll see it on the map even if the vehicle is not near your route line.
- We have added an alert icon to the widget so you can quickly see if there is a delay or other issue affecting your route.
- A couple minor bug fixes.

- “My bus is running late, will a Rocketman employee come pick me up and take me to work?”
- “Please replace the Rocketman logo with a portrait of Neil Armstrong”

Hope you’re keeping warm... or dry... the November weather has been a little weird. You know what’s not weird though? The ability to favourite individual route branches at the same stop. For example, gone are the days where Rocketman will auto favourite the 504a, 504b and 504s when all you ever wanted was the 504a branch.
One other big change to tell you about: if you go to settings you’ll see a new link called ‘Request a Feature’. This will take you to the newly created Rocketman Trello Board where we will share our product plans and are asking YOU to tell us what features you’d like to see next.

It’s us again, your friendly neighbourhood Rocketman. We wanted to make it a little easier to find your favourite routes and stops so we added the ability to search by route number and/or name. So if you’re looking for the ‘504 King’ route just type “504” into the search bar and we’ll show you the nearest stops. Of course if you love the adventure of scrolling around the Stops Map or using the Near Me view you can still do that. Whatever your heart desires!
We’ve also eradicated a few bugs including missing countdowns in the Favourites view as well as bus icons escaping their route lines in the Track view.

Want to more quickly find alerts that affect your go-to routes? The ‘Favourites’ and ‘Near Me’ views will now display route-specific alerts. Now you won’t have to scroll through the ‘Alerts’ view to get this information, although you are still welcome to do that if you’d like!
- Stay On Track
In the 'Track' view, the direction of approaching vehicles will be clearer and vehicles that have passed the stop will have their colour faded.
- Bugs
Nobody likes bugs, so we squashed a few for you.

- We are family (and now bigger than ever!)
Rocketman has expanded its coverage across Ontario to include real-time support for Mississauga Mi-way, Brampton Zum, Burlington Transit, Hamilton Transit, Grand Rapids Transit for Kitchener, Waterloo & Cambridge, London Transit, Kingston Transit, Barrie Transit and York Region Transit & Viva
- Bussy, the friendly ghost bus
We are not sure if it is the heat of summer but Bussy has been disappearing from our arrival times without letting us know. To help keep him close, we are now tracking the last known arrival time of each vehicle. If we haven’t received a location for a few minutes, we will show the time in red (give it a tap for more information). If Bussy disappears for too long, we will stop showing him till he decides to come back.
