Warmed by the eastern Washington sun and cooled by the waters of Lake Chelan and the Columbia River, our two vineyards are ideally situated to produce top-quality grapes. Owner David Dufenhorst explains, “The glacial till soil of our Clos Cheval vineyard, and the tumbled granite soil in Double D vineyard, create a unique terroir for our vines.”

With his wife Michelle, David has brought Rocky Pond from impossible dream to award-winning reality.
